Located in İzmit and spanning 7,400 m², the Luxor Garden Hotel project was developed with an integrated approach covering architectural design, interior architecture, and façade design. The 5-story, 96-room hotel includes a courtyard, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and restaurant areas, forming a comprehensive hospitality program.

Indoor swimming pool, fitness center, massage and steam rooms, sauna, and Turkish bath areas were planned with a comfort- and experience-oriented approach. In both façade and interior design, classical references were combined with contemporary details to create a timeless and inviting hospitality atmosphere.
