Our journey began with complex building types like hospitals and hotels, later expanding into offices, retail spaces, spas, mixed-use developments, and high-end residential projects. Tuğba Özkılıç began her career working on large-scale hospital and hotel projects.
From the very beginning of her architectural education, she viewed spaces not merely as “physical areas to be designed,” but as strategic tools that influence behavior, facilitate operations, and reflect brand identity.
This perspective equipped her with the ability to deliver large-scale projects across various building types, manage implementation processes, and accurately analyze user expectations.
When founding House of Parcel, her aim was to create structures that go beyond aesthetics — offering intelligent, functional, and emotionally resonant solutions.
Today, she continues to grow the “We Design Smart” philosophy both in Turkey and internationally, collaborating with teams who view architecture as a discipline for problem-solving.
